Primland, a luxury resort in the Blue Ridge Mountains; is seeking a Full-Time HVAC Tech. Qualifications include Certification in HVAC and a minimum of three years of experience and EPA certification for refrigerant handling. Ability to work independently, identify and solve problems, set priorities, develop long range plans and read and interpret blue prints. Ability to read plans and specifications along with working knowledge of HVAC plus some knowledge of electrical lighting and motors, plumbing, painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, and fire/security. Line Cooks will report directly to Executive Chef and Sous Chefs. In absence of superiors, supervise staff and direct kitchen employees. The resort is currently compromised of four restaurant outlets and banquet facilities. The Lead Line Cook will work from the Lodge kitchen and/or any catering facilities on or off property. Main focus will be dinner service in Main Lodge Kitchen. Assist and execute daily seasonal menu preparation. Ability to use modern food techniques with Southern touches in elegant menu preparations.

A server is responsible for knowing and executing proper service standards as pertains to obtaining and delivering guest’s food and beverage requests, including but not limited to: knowing and using the proper procedures for addressing a guest, taking orders, maintaining the guest environment to proper standards, anticipating the guest’s needs, and providing a sense of graciousness and hospitality.
